1. Where do you ship from, and how fast is delivery?
We ship from our own warehouses in New Jersey and California, so there's no international wait — orders anywhere in the U.S. (excluding remote islands) arrive within 2–5 business days. We also operate a warehouse in Sharjah, UAE, serving customers in the Middle East and surrounding regions.
2. Will it work with my ceiling type?
The system works with both ceiling structures found across the U.S.: wood-framed ceilings built with standard 16" or 24" joist spacing, and concrete ceilings. Sloped or vaulted ceilings work too: on concrete, the lift mounts onto long threaded rods embedded in the ceiling; in wood-framed homes, a wooden mounting frame is built above the joists. In every case, the lift is installed level, so the chandelier travels perfectly straight up and down.
3. How is the lift wired, and how does it connect to my chandelier?
The lift can be wired one of two ways:
Two separate circuits (required if your chandelier is on a dimmer). The motor runs on its own circuit, separate from the chandelier's lighting circuit. The lift stays powered off most of the time, so your chandelier works exactly as it always has.
One shared circuit. The lift is wired together with the chandelier, so it powers up whenever the light is switched on. As a built-in safety measure, if the lift isn't activated within 10 minutes, the lifting function locks automatically.
4. What safety features prevent the chandelier from falling?
When the chandelier is fully raised, a high-strength steel safety lock inside the lift engages automatically and locks against the lifting gear. From that moment, the chandelier's entire weight rests on solid steel — not on the wire rope. The rope stays slack, which eliminates the metal fatigue that develops in cables under constant load. Once your chandelier is raised and locked, its weight rides on solid steel — unless the structure around it gives way, nothing is bringing it down.
5. Can I return it for free?
Yes. A chandelier lift isn't always installed right away — many customers order during a renovation and install weeks later — so every order includes a full 30 days from delivery to return or exchange the unit, for any reason. No restocking fees, and we cover shipping both ways.
6. How long is the warranty?
Every lift is covered for two full years. If a manufacturing defect comes up during that time, our engineers will help you diagnose the problem remotely. If it can't be resolved, we'll replace the unit free of charge or issue a full refund — your choice.
