1. Pre-Installation: The Mandatory Ground Test

Safety and functionality are our top priorities. Upon receiving your product, you must strictly adhere to the following:

  • Licensed Electrician Required: Installation must be performed exclusively by a locally certified and licensed electrician.

  • Ground Testing Protocol: Before mounting the unit to the ceiling, your electrician must conduct a complete power-on test on the ground to verify its three core functions (lifting, lowering, and lighting/rotation).

  • Resolution: If the unit fails this initial ground test, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund without hesitation.

2. During Installation: On-Site Diagnostic Protocol

If an issue arises after the unit has been mounted to the ceiling, we have a specialized rapid-response system in place to avoid delaying your project:

  • Direct Engineering Support: Do not immediately uninstall the unit. Please have your electrician contact our technical team directly via WhatsApp Video/Voice call while they are still on-site.

  • Liability & Resolution: Our engineers will assist in diagnosing the issue in real-time. If the malfunction is caused by improper wiring or a violation of the manual's operational specifications by the installer, the warranty will not cover the damages.
