After purchasing the chandelier lift, we will ship from a US warehouse if you are a US customer.

The product comes with a two-year warranty. If there are any quality issues within two years after installation that cannot be resolved, we can offer a free replacement service.

Upon receipt of the product, please ensure that installation is carried out by a person holding a local electrical license and strictly follow the operational specifications in the instruction manual. Before installing it on the ceiling, please conduct a power-on test on the ground first. If there are no issues during the test, proceed with the ceiling installation. If you find that its three functions cannot be used during the test, please contact us, and we can offer a free replacement or refund.

If your chandelier lift is found to be inoperable after installation, please do not let the electrician leave and immediately add our customer service on WhatsApp so that the electrician can contact us via WhatsApp call. If the investigation reveals that improper operation by the electrician caused the malfunction, we will not bear the liability for compensation. If the chandelier lift still cannot be used despite being installed correctly by the electrician, we can offer a refund or a free replacement service.

If your chandelier lift operates normally after installation, we provide a two-year warranty service. During this period, if the chandelier lift stops working, please first troubleshoot according to the documents we provided. If the issue cannot be resolved, please contact us. If it remains unresolved, we can offer a free replacement service.
