The Ultra-Secure "Through-Floor" Mounting System (For 600kg - 1000kg)
For our massive 600kg and 1000kg commercial chandelier lifts, standard ceiling mounts are strictly prohibited. To guarantee absolute safety, we require the "Through-Floor Sandwich" mounting method. How it works:
- Complete Penetration: Long, heavy-duty threaded rods must drill completely through the concrete ceiling/floor structure.
- Top Anchoring: On the floor level above the ceiling, a thick steel load-bearing plate is placed over the rods and tightly secured with heavy-duty washers and heavy hex nuts.
- Bottom Securing: The hoist itself is then mounted to the rods on the ceiling side, locked securely in place with another set of washers and nuts.
The Ultimate Safety Guarantee:
This method sandwiches the building's structural concrete between the top steel plate and the hoist below. By anchoring the system directly into the core skeleton of the building, the chandelier lift simply cannot fall unless the building structure itself collapses. It provides zero-risk hoisting for your heaviest and most valuable fixtures.
