Due to the heavy-duty nature and high freight costs of commercial hoists, we cannot accept returns for non-quality reasons (e.g., ordering the wrong capacity). Therefore, please double-check your chandelier's weight and product specifications before purchasing. 1. Details & Quotation (PI)
Confirm your required specifications, quantity, and trade terms (DDP is available for buyers without import experience). Our sales team will then send a Proforma Invoice (PI) for you to review and sign.
2. Payment & Invoice (CI)
Complete your payment via WorldFirst or PayPal (a 5% processing fee applies to PayPal). Once your payment is received, we will immediately issue your official Commercial Invoice (CI).
3. Production, Shipping & Support
We will finish production within the agreed timeframe, send you a QC inspection video, and dispatch the goods. Our team will fully track your delivery and provide 1-on-1 installation guidance.

Installation methods for different types of ceilings
For concrete ceiling
Simply secure the installation using expansion bolts.
If there is a suspended ceiling as shown in the figure, no decorative cover is needed. However, if it is an exposed concrete ceiling, a decorative cover is required.
For sloped concrete ceiling
If it is necessary to install on a beam where the beam area is smaller than the back of the lift, or if the installation surface is sloped, fully threaded screws must be embedded into the ceiling to ensure the lift operates in a level, downward position.
Concealed Mounting for Wooden attics
We generally recommend installing between ceiling joists (as shown in the bottom-right image). However, if the spacing between the joists is unsuitable for installation, you can use the method shown in the left image.
The left image shows 16" OC spacing, while the top-right image shows 24" OC spacing. In both cases, wooden blocks are added on top of the ceiling joists as carriers. The steel bars is connected to the lift and placed on these carriers.
For Sloped wooden roofs
You need to construct a wooden platform to ensure the lift operates in a parallel position.
Notes:Generally, a remote control is sufficient. The Wall Switch Control needs additional purchase.
The wired switch can only be connected using UL2464 4-Core Signal Cable AWG24 signal cable, instead of a power cable or it will destroy the main unit.

Product Specification
16'' ceiling joist
It is installed inside attics, with no need for a decorative cover. A chain is used to connect the chandelier and the lift, bridging the gap between the gypsum board and the chandelier lift.
Sloped concrete ceiling
For this project, the lift uses full-threaded long screws, which are embedded into the concrete ceiling. The lift is then bolted onto the screws.
Flat concrete ceiling
Installed with expansion bolts, the lift is concealed inside the drywall board ceiling, with no need for a decorative cover.
24'' ceiling joist
A rectangular wooden bracket with a hollow center is built above the ceiling joist to support the steel bars. The lift is installed in the middle of the wooden bracket, allowing it to be mounted inside the attic without the need for a decorative cover.
Flat concrete ceiling
Installed with expansion bolts, the lift is concealed inside the drywall board ceiling, with no need for a decorative cover.

The best time to install the lift is during construction or renovation when you have easy access to ceiling joists and wiring. For existing ceilings, plan for any needed modifications, like adding a backer board or repairing drywall.
